R.S.V.P ... Reply ... Are You Coming?

You have a wonderful planning team but ... organising events doesn't happen by magic.

We need to know who is coming as soon as possible, often we need to prepare equipment, prizes, and catering and book tickets. All paid bookings must be honoured even if you stand down.

Please remember to RSVP to the organiser of each event as soon as you can. Remembering of course, to RSVP even if you can't come.

Who Pays For What?

Our chapter runs on raffles and a small membership fee of $20.00 per year. This covers our registration to Red Hat Headquarters, prizes, your birthday gift, flowers, cards, gifts to ailing members, or special homage to other chapters, postage, and from time to time we splurge out and underwrite the cost of large event. Each Red Hatter pays for her own meal when out to tiffin, and if we share someone's car it is only right we share the cost of petrol.

Red Letter Events Photos

	Abraham Lincoln made a surprise visit at the Breast Cancer Breakfast , held once again at the home of Ski Max early in July. The theme for this event was American Independence day/Rock 'n'roll.
	Crimson Crazies 5th Birthday party was celebrated with a Basketball challenge issued by those Fabulous Botany Babes. A Fast and furious game was played with true Red Hat Panache and style. The winners on the day were the Birthday Girls ..Your turn next year, Botany babes. The staff at the Allan Brewster Centre were much impressed by the competitiveness of all team members.You all thoroughly deserved a big slice of Chocolate Birthday cake..

Wacky Whanga Weekend 2009, the Red Hatters convention. Team Crimson Crazies dressed for the beach. Great shorts Girls. And for the big party on Saturday night. A Great weekend was had by all.
